This is a Nohara Kogei Cherry Blossom Slim Ballpoint Pen, without the box.
I purchased and used this pen about 6 or 7 years ago. Although it's difficult to see in the photos, there are scratches on the metal parts of the nib and clip, and some of the gold plating has worn off.
There is a dent in the wooden shaft near the clip (see photo 8).
As mentioned above, the box and certificate are not included. Only the ballpoint pen itself is included (ink is also not included).
