Vintage women's Elgin watch movement. Illinois Watch Case Co case. Purchased at an estate sale.
Most likely made in the 1960's. 17 jewel. 10k GOLD filled case.
Glass has no cracks, scuffs, or chips. The finish is still nice and bright...could use a polishing to be perfect. Band expands perfectly. The time can be changed. It is running as seen in the video. Of course it maybe could use light maintenance or oiling. SEE PICTURES.
